Doesn't really look jewish, if that's what you mean, even though he is a corrupt financier. Looks more southern European. Doesn't look northern European, but doesn't set off my jewdar.

His mother was Greek (source (http://blogs.wsj.com/deals/2009/01/22/john-thain-then-and-now/)); I don't see any Amerindian influence. That said, I wouldn't even know where to start as far as classification goes in this case.

The only thing about him that might be Amerindian about him is around the eyes. But in America we have various mixtures that do not accure in Europe, basically between British Isles Nordish types & Continental Alpinid & Dinarid types. Which leads to a certain distinctive American phenotypes.

George W. Bush is someone who's Amerindian ancestry has been speculated about on some boards, though genealogists have not found it. He does have some Continental European ancestry from Bohemia or Moravia (Germans) in additional to his mostly English ancestry.

Josh Hartnett is another American who's possible Amerindian ancestry has been speculated about. His ancestry is Irish, German (I think Bavarian) & Swedish.

That would eplain it. Nordid or CM mixed with Pontid.
