Passes better in the southwest quadrant of Europe (France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, and maybe Belgium), and probably to some extent in Balkans.

In Latin America, she would pass in any Latin American country with sizable white/castizo populations. Obviously more typical in majority Euro countries like Argentina and Uruguay, but also passable, as part of the significant white/castizo population of countries like Puerto Rico, Cuba, Mexico, Costa Rica, Venezuela, Colombia, Brazil, Paraguay or Chile.

More generally, there do seem to be a lot of surprisingly dark and exotic celebrities from NE England, which is especially strange when considering how close it is to Scandinavia. Other examples include Cheryl Tweedy, Rowan Atkinson, Anthony Hutton, Ross Noble and arguably Jimmy Nail.
