Considering that Norid, Pontid and Atlanto-Med have Nordid elements within, what percent of Southern Europeans roughly have some Nordid elements in their phenotype?

My guesses:

Spain: 50%
Portugal: 40%
North Italy: 70%
Central Italy: 40%
South Italy, Sicily: 20%
Greece: 30%
Malta: 15%
Cyprus: 10%

No need to be rude.

Atlantid is partially Nordid is it not. Same with Pontid.

Pontic was a type that referred to Mediterraneans of the east. They were not supposed to be nordic admixed, but naturally a lot of them from Poland for example most likely had east baltic, perhaps nordic admixture. The same can be said about atlanto-meds from more northern regions such as Ireland or France. The types are supposed to not be nordic admixed. Most old anthropologist would reffer to as a atlanto med with nordic admixture as a atlanto-med or a atlanto-med with a nordic strain. Atlantid doesn't exist, just stawp it. If it does it is a British type created especially by British anthropologist to refer to a quite common nordic-med blend. NO SERIOUS ANTRHOPOLOGIST MENTIONED A "ATLANTIC-RACE" IN IBERIA. It's quite simple that you can't always correlate anthropology with genetics. Iberians are one of the darkest Europeans and commonly doli. As such they're often classified as a med type. Meds and nordics do indeed not differ much metrically.
