what do those numbers mean?

The smaller the percentage the closer the genetic distance between regions

Fyrom is closer to Kosovo Albanians and Albanians then to Greece for sure.
Especially because 1/4 of Macedonians are ethnic Albanians and in other 3/4 there is also assimilated Albanians.

It is based on what? Y-DNA frequencies?

North Greece closer to Crete than neighbour FYROM? I don't buy it.

Nothing. Just fuck the brain of the people with BS. The new frontiers of brainwashing.

You should because I1, I2b, R1b, E1b, T, Q, N is almost identicle... that leaves only R1a and J2 skewed.

I have not weighted a haplo to a greater importance than the other maybe I should - I did look for a "match" and calculated differences though. So if the number of matches and frequencies of differential were small they ranked higher.

Frequency of haplogroups are not a genetic distance. You never know the direction of the hg's geneflow, which makes it even worse based on macroclades. With that logic India is close to Poland.

If hg A split into two and go into X people and Y people. What's the relation between X and Y? Possibly none, they just both have an A element.

If I can be bothered and get data with solid data integrity I will use the match function with some tweaks to do this again. But in terms of something non exhaustive thats what I got

Meaning I will dissect the most micro of SNP and zone in by micro-region... who can be bothered though...
