looking at his coloring, Germany, I guess. With everything else I see here Belgium and France.

I mostly say France as a compromise because I had a Cuban buddy in college with that same exact face. Especially with that smirk the fucker shows in the first pic, it's uncanny, though his eyes were hazel, he was Basque and Galician by stock. He looks more French than Norse to me.
