thats not just Greeks and albs though, south slavs have a decent amount of those as well. anyway, E-V13 was probably the dominant haplo in Ancient Greeks/Thracians/Illyrians.

Haplogroup is useless, it's less than 1% of your DNA..Theoritically you can have african haplogroup and still score 100% Euro on autosomal DNA test(ie 23andme)... Haplogroup to me is just a meaningless letter+number combination, nothin more..
