They seem Gheg but the photo seems to be taken in Elbasan which is a mix of Tosks in the south of it and the Ghegs in the north of it. As for where they pass I agree with West Balkans

they look exactly the way i know albanians look like. i don't know why many people here make them look much darker then they actually are. most of them are light haired. i think they can pass the whole west cost of Balkans up till serbia.
