Based on everything we've seen and Santaria's big and diverse family that stretches from Iran to Dravida Nadu I will suppose that he is.

I also see some Keralid influence in his features, somewhat like Santaria.

I don't think that statement is true. MENAs have quite large skulls and there are many I've seen with smaller/deep set eyes.
