I made a thread like this but I think I did a bad job of explaining it the first time, so I am going to try again.

Which regions in the UK, Ireland, and Italy do you think have changed the least genetically in the last several thousand years? I.e. the least Viking, Norman, Slavic, Arabic, continental European, and other types of influences?

This is my guess for each.

UK:
Wales
Southern Scotland
SW England

Ireland:
NW Ireland (Donegal area)
Connemara
Inland west

Italy:
Marche
Molise
Southern Campania
Calabria
NE Sicily (Messina/Catania)
Caltanissetta
Eastern half of Palermo province

Greece:
Tsakonia
Mani
Cyclades
Dodecanese (excluding Rhodes)
