I would like your opinion: on Gedmatch, with the Build 37/36 Raw Data Concatenated my eyes are predicted as "hazel" (which is not correct, but that's not the topic), with the Build 37/36 Autosomal Raw Data my eyes are predicted as blue ...

Is this normal?

I tried this experiment after the update of FTDNA and I have the impression that the Build 37/36 Raw Data Concatenated does not take into account the update of FTDNA, unlike the Build 37/36 Autosomal Raw Data that would take into account the update and this explains the difference in iris colors, i suppose, right?

On the other hand, with the Build 37/36 Autosomal Raw Data I can not use it on the different Gedmach computers because it stays at with one star, ie "Kits marked with * have not Have been completed and have not completed batch processing ". However, I have uploader several times and this remains at the same stage, unlike the Build 37/36 Concatenated Raw Data, which, when finished uploader, is directly available (with two stars).

It isn't supposed to work if you don't upload the concatenated format, it's on the wiki page:

Effective April 4, 2016, GEDmatch is only accepting "new format" concatenated raw DNA kit single file uploads from FTDNA.
The new format files, available from FTDNA are a single concatenated DNA file containing both autosomal and X-DNA data.
Attempts to upload the old style dual files obtained from FTDNA prior to this date will be rejected.

If they prompt you to use the contacenated format, there s a reason.

Does your gedmatch say the same thing on the eye color predictor? I was thinking it says the same for everyone and only predicts eye color, unless I am wrong and those are really my genes for eye color.
