I have dark brown hair, relatively tannerish skin, and lighter eyes.

Interesting for rs26722 my mother who is lighter is C,C and my father who is darker is T,C and all children that are lighter in my family are C,C and all the darker kids are T,C. So seem pretty accurate.

Are you sure you have a 'cc' on rs1426654?
Some tests were made using different SNP reference sequence, so it's not wrong that he got C instead of G, for both are complementary strong nucleotides, all that changed was the DNA string used as reference.
