BMI = 22

Your body mass index (BMI) is calculated as exactly 21.5 kilograms per square meter.

Health aspects

Your weight is at a level that, in our view, should be good for your health. By classification of the WHO, you are "normalweight".

The label "ideal" has often been applied to this. Whether it is ideal for your health, or not, depends on many factors. Fit people may be slim, but smokers or persons who have lost weight due to poor health, may also be slim.

SBMI = 33/70

This assessment is based on the newly developed Smart Body Mass Index. Its ideal range is between 30/70 and 39/70.

Your Smart Body Mass Index (SBMI) is calculated as 33/70 or "33 points out of 70".

Weight stability

Your weight level is best if it remains stable.

I'm satisfied at my weight. This BMI doesn't accurately describe my "condition". Skinny isn't my thing.

I think fat percentage is more relevant than BMI, because you can have high BMI but being osseous and muscular mass, not fat.

Health aspects

Your weight is at a lower level; in our view, it may be less than optimal for your health. By classification of the WHO, you are "underweight".
Your low body mass will not be a problem for your health provided you are getting sufficient amounts of vital substances such as protein, minerals, vitamins and essential fats. A low but stable weight may be fine, but an unintended weight loss could be a sign of poor health.
SBMI = 22/70

BMI it's a bullshit! All that matters is how much lean muscles you have.

Haha, this is really funny, to call Arny an obese. When you see this kind of examples, it really becomes hard to trust in Body Mass Index. This system doesn't take into consideration a lot of factors, which are very important in my opinion. They tried to create a universal formula, but there can't be a universal formula when every body is unique. You just have to work for you, get to the gym a few times a week, take those vitamins and nutrients from https://rats.army/product/lgd-4033-ligandrol/ (https://rats.army/product/lgd-4033-ligandrol/), and get your job done.

Body Mass Index
Body mass index, or BMI, has been touted as the most accurate way to determine the effect of a person’s body weight on his or her health. BMI is used to assess risk for diseases, especially heart disease and diabetes. As BMI increases, so does the risk of developing these and other weight-related diseases, including stroke and some cancers.

BMI is a measurement of body fat based on height. (To determine your BMI, click here.) The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention provide the following ranges for BMI values for adults:

Underweight:Less than 18.5
Recommended:18.6 to 24.9
Overweight:25.0 to 29.9
Obese:30 or greater

The limitation of BMI is that this measurement does not distinguish fat from muscle. According to some research, more than half of Americans have a normal BMI but a high body fat percentage, which is known as normal weight obesity. A person who has normal weight obesity is just as unhealthy as someone with a high BMI.

Body Fat Percentage
Research on body fat percentage has improved in recent years, and in some cases, this measurement may provide a better picture of an individual’s risk of weight-related diseases than BMI. Body fat percentage distinguishes fat from muscle and calculates the percentage of body fat in the body. While BMI is a rough estimate of body fat, body fat percentage is a more accurate number.

Using body fat percentage, we might find that a highly trained athlete is overweight, according to the
BMI, but not overfat. Likewise, a person of normal weight on the BMI scales may still be overfat and at risk of weight-related diseases.

This is no issue for you, luckily. But you may want to consider some suggestions that are well-advised, not only for weight reasons....

BMI = 25

The body mass index (BMI) of this young man is calculated as exactly 24.9 kilograms per square meter.

General evaluation

The meaning of the body mass index for persons at the age of 17 is not easy to assess if more information is missing.

What can safely be said, though, is that the weight of this young man is higher than average. If the SBMI continues to increase, a medical consultation may be advisable.

SBMI = 42/70

This assessment is based on the newly developed Smart Body Mass Index. Its ideal range is between 30/70 and 39/70.

The Smart Body Mass Index (SBMI) of this young man is calculated as 42/70 or "42 points out of 70".

YES, I MAY BE OVERWEIGHT, but Meade told us it was made by the Jews for tiny Chinese girls, so I am just big boned and should accept my beautiful Polentone build.

In all seriousness, body fat %, arm and ankle measurement are necessary for it to be accurate. Anyways my ass has 4 kilos to lose.
