White America: The American Racial Problem as Seen in a Worldwide Perspective (http://www.churchoftrueisrael.com/cox/index.html)

The two I've found so far.

March of the Titans by Arthur Kemp seems to be a poor copy of the books written by Cox btw.

Cox is an underappreciated figure. His book White America is useful but in reality his greatest service was that of an activist. He was instrumental in enacting Virginia's pivotal Racial Integrity Act in the 20's, which was a product of the new, scientific racialist thought of the day.
