He is clearly half Asian but his father was one of the Nordsinid variety. Nordsinid was said by some authors to occasionally present a pseudo-Mediterranean vibe (they are linear faced and dolicocephalic-skulled). He looked more Asian in his younger years though. Not all half-Asians look very Asian, especially when their parents are already uniquely derived Mongoloids like Nordsinid, Tungid, Jakunin, etc)
