You meant Fondi, Fonsi is more Calabria and southern Lazio, but in his case Fondi is a stage name, he was born Luis Alfonso Rodríguez López-Cepero to Alfonso Rodriguez and Delia Lopez-Cepero, all seem Iberian surnames. He hasn't Italian ancestry.

I think fonsi is most likely mixed with SSA. Probably in the Quadroon-octoroon range, i can't really pin point any nationality besides latino.
