Yeah. I haven't gone through gedmatch too much, but it seems to be showing up on my AncestryDNA gedmatch as well.

I wonder what causes AncestryDNA to report more 'Italy/Greece' than Iberian, whilst 23andme reports much more Iberian and very little Italian for most Latino customers.

I don't know. I've just accepted it as a quirk. They seem to have improved. In the past they gave inflated Africa North and Middle East to Latinos. I pretty much got zero of that. I was expecting more.

Congrats! :)

Irish-British is also interesting, maybe from your half Galician grandma?

How does your Eurogenes K36 admixtures look like with your AncestryDNA data? Don't forget to upload it to DNA.Land as well, results might be slightly different than with 23andMe upload.

I've tested before. I just wanted a second opinion. I also want to know how real the negrito I've been scoring is.

Weird. It seems that your DNA.Land on 23andMe was actually more accurate.

Maybe try also re-uploading your 23andMe to DNA.Land and see what it says. They are sometimes updating their algorithms, but people need to re-upload to see their new ancestry composition results.

I already uploaded 23andme twice. It was the same.

They are quite similar, but the main differences are lack of Ashkenazi, Oceanian & African:

Also some % of your Mediterranean Islander was added to Southwest European, it seems:

36% vs. 44% Southwest Euro
16% vs. 9.7% Med Islander
1.2% vs. 0% Ashkenazi
0% vs. 2% South/Central Euro
7.6% vs. 8.8% Northwest Euro
5.9% vs. 6.8% Northeast Euro*
28% vs. 26% Native American
2.4% vs. 3.2% Amazonian
1.5% vs. 0% Oceanian**
1.3% vs. 0% West African

*But with 23andMe you have 3.8% Finnish + 2.1% North Slavic, and here it is just Finnish.
**Ancestry gives you Melanesian, but when you upload it to DNA.Land it doesn't. Weird.

========

Edit:

You also didn't have any South/Central Euro with 23andMe, with Ancestry you have 2%.

I guess that on 23andMe it was counted as part of your Med Islander or of Ashkenazi.

Sad that the Native American percentage isn't in depth. It should specify a high percentage of 'Andid'.

Are you actually part Andean? Because Andean Native Americans do show Polynesian/Melanesian admixture due to historic contact in their region so I guess it has transferred to you. Just a quick question didn't you say you were British on here years ago?

Maybe a little bit part Peruvian. I'm not actually sure. I have family in peru, but I'm not sure if that makes me "part Peruvian".

Yeah even in Italy and Spain you can find them which is really quite interesting, once Europeans discovered them and conquered them they were like "alright we're coming with you."

Same thing happened to the French. They colonized North Africa and now they have to deal with North African immigrants.

Yes and the British with the south Asians, but the thing is that Italy didn't colonize Latin America (certainly made important contributions) there was much migration from Italy to Latin America but I wouldn't put it on par with the Spanish so not sure why it happens that Andeans from Peru move to Italy and other Amerindians from Latin America l.

We in Poland only have to deal with San Escobarian immigrants. :(

I wonder when your government would start considering importing llamas to better accommodate the Andid diaspora living there.
