Does the haplogroup distribution in a country represent the statistical DNA origin of the average individual in that country?

In other words, if a country is 20 percent R1a, 30 percent R1b and 50 percent N1, does the average person carry similar percentages of these genes in their ancestral lines?

1. You have only one ancestral line, one provenance, and this actually is described by hg.
2. Percentages are showing, how many members have different folks who inhabited today this and this land.
3. It can be different than % in the past, becasue propotions are constantly changing.
