I only put them as one (or rather two) options out of many - Iberia is still in Europe after all.

Honestly, he looks very American. I'm partly Irish myself and he looks just like one of my friends who is English/Scottish/Irish and couple of other things.

It's almost a pan-European look. He could fit anywhere starting with the British Isles.

As he looks right there is a no-no. Looks like an average gringo to me.
But the dude (with shorter hair at least) looks a bit better than the other ones you made rate. Like more trabajable as we would say in Spanish. The robustness of his features plus the chin line help him a lot. He still needs a makeover. Looks too pariguayo aka bland like that and especially with the ugly long hair. To improve him I would make him get a buzzcut and grow some beard. More muscle mass too, please. I feel like the tan isn't essential after the buzzcut, facial hair and muscles but with it I'm sure he will look more appealing. I guess he is tall?
