Alpinid/North Atlantid combination.
Most people with this phenotype I've seen have been British or French.

Despite her pigmentation, she looks British, though she is not part of the Nordic and Brunn racial spectrum of the British isles. She can pass in Iberian countries, France and perhaps Northern Italy. I don't think she can pass in many Southern European countries like Greece and etc.

She could be a posh woman from Norway. Definitely a Norwegian brunette as well as many other countries

She looks extremely British,Irish, Welsh.
Perhaps she could be a Norwegian as already said or an Icelandic with spray tan and darkened hair.

Agree, grew up in Norway. It is partly the style. Could fit a Norwegian on the national day.
