Unnamed hero wrote on russian language "allah akbar" and "death is near".
I know some from czehs are terminally butthurt about russians, but this... this is overly.

I dont know. In the case that i will be a policeman who had to find the one who did it , I had to ask for the motive.
It sounds like a wish to increase tensions between muslims and christians (respective christians of Orthodox believe) in our country.
In that case it could be done my fanatics of muslim background or fanatics of Orthodox background (as a false flag operation).

Your hypothese that it could be act of rusophobia, masked as a work of jihadists, is also possible.
