There are Greeks both islanders and mainlanders who are lighter than this person.

When I said light I mean that his features look Slavic. I should have said a more northern looking Greek. Anyway does he pass?

To me he does not look particularly Slavic. I would have guessed him as someone from Central Europe including not only the Central Europe Slavic countries but also Austria, Germany and Italy.

To answer your question he does pass though this is not a very common phenotype in Greece.

This is one of the closest looking Greek I can think of, he is a journalist. I think you can agree there is some resemblance, so the answer is yes, he does pass.
