I used this calculator because it is good at showing proximity to both European and MENA groups.

For all of them except the Iranian, some European groups come in at the bottom of the list: Maltese first, then Sicilian or Ashkenazi.

Syrians cant have a Turk as their first match, it's impossible. I wont mention even the nord component. The average %10 Siberia East Asia in Turks and ~%3 SSA in Syrians make them already 2 sharply distinct populations. The Iranian sample and her match looks legit

That Syrian is from near the border with Turkey.

Why did you choose Lebanese, Palestinian and Egyptian with the least Sub-Saharan African admixture?

On the other hand the Leb Muslims since to be much more European influenced than Christians, since they are always the first Levantines to appear on oracles of Southern Europeans. Probably a legacy of the French and English Crusades who would often rape Muslim women.

Very interesting group but sadly we know only little about them....

Sadly, we don't, but I remember seeing an Alawite genetic results back inn the ABF, and oddly, he does have more Iranian admixture than other peoples in the Levant. Anyway, the reason why Copts cluster with Arabians and so on is simply because they along with the other Egyptians have very similar genetic components with the Arabians and other Southern Levantines like Palestinians and Jordanians who have both near eastern and Arabian genetic components:

At the genome-wide level, Egypt is quite similar to its Levantine neighbours, displaying a mainly Near Eastern (39.8%) and Arabian/North African (30.5%) background, with slightly higher western (5.6%) and eastern (15.1%) African proportions, and lower European (8.4%) and South Asian (0.6%) proportions. The ROLLOFF estimate for admixture in Egypt (using Africans and Europeans as ancestral populations) was 30 generations, predictably young due to continuous gene flow between the two regions. Morocco and Tunisia presented similar western (9.8–12.2%) and eastern African (10.4–12.1%) components and roughly twice the magnitude for each of the European (22.8–25.5%), Near Eastern (21.4–26.0%) and Arabian (28.9–31.0%) pools. Again these young dates show that simple genome-wide dating approaches based on linkage disequilibrium decay must be applied cautiously in complex scenarios of several migrations occurring over a long span of time, such as the ones which took place across the Red Sea, North Africa [56] and Iberia [57].
http://journals.plos.org/plosone/article?id=10.1371/journal.pone.0118625

Today's Egyptians along with the Arabians and southern Levantines cluster very closely with the neolithic and early bronze age Levantines in comparison to the gentic isolated groups of the Levant due to the heavy admixture coming from both ancient Anatolia and Iran which made the genetic genepool of the Levant in later time periods more northern.

The ancestors of both today's Egyptians and Arabians left the levant in the second wave which these people are predominately Natufian with some Iran-neolithic and Anatolian-neolithic admixture.

Lebanese Muslims have some Norman and other ancestry from the Crusades.
