E. Baltid. Best fit in Russia, Baltic States, but can fit OK-ish in Poland, Finland, and (probably) Belarus; can pass as atypical in Slovakia, I think....maybe eastern Germany, but not really further west than that. Iffy fit as either Norwegian or Swede I think.
