The picture is not very good and I'm not sure he comes from Morocco (according to the site where I retrieved the picture, he comes from Morocco).

Doesn't look European to me. I think this guy is not typical even in Sicily/South Italy/Greece/Cyprus etc.

But it could be due to the bad quality photo. Do you have more pics of him?
