No way. It is a clade of E-V13 which is a European clade of E1b1b

Your clade apparently judging by what I have read isn't found in the Balkans but it is found in western European countries so maybe it is from Roman legionaries of western European origin and not Balkan

Probably this, or perhaps Bell Beakers picked up a bit of E1b1b somewhere (no idea, just throwing suggestions).

Looking back at the TMRCA of this clade which is 3100ybp it was around before the Roman empire and could of been a minor Celtic ydna as central Europe, west Europe and the British isles were dominated by the Celts and this clade seems to be a west Euro clade of E-V13 although the ancestor of E-Z16664, E-L17 which has a TMRCA of 3800ybp could be linked to the Bell beakers as a minor lineage among them so maybe your clade or its ancestors were already in the British isles before the Celts but got assimilated by them then forming Z16664 but idk this is speculation lol
