Chin-jaw region is weaker though, could be the rather leptomorphic constitution type hypoplasy though.

I think he is somewhere between Yakonid and Nordsinid proper, quite progressive indeed.

One question: what do you guys mean by progressive? This guy was a communist, so yea, he must be "progressive" from a Judaic point of view...
