Would fit the best in Afro-British-Caribbean countries and as Afro US American. Then, would pass well as Afro descent Hispanic American (in the Caribbean or as heavily Afro coastal Colombian/Venezuelan, Panamanian, etc), but not that well as in the Afro Anglo-sphere.
