I think he is an extreme case that can pass easier in Northern/Eastern Europe than in Southern Europe.

He looks like he has put henna in his hair to make it red. Judging by his beard he is blond. Is there some reason why they put henna in their hair?

Yes. And I think this guy could pass easier as German than Sicilian, Greek or Portuguese. He is not even an 'exotic looking' Indian who would pass as atypical Southern Euro. He can pass in most of Europe as European.

These Dardic groups have a lot of people with this kind of phenotype. If they are indigenous to the region or descendants of the 'Aryans' still is a matter of debate though.

I would say extremely arched, to the point where he looks like he is pseudo-Melanesid. But yes he resembles a European.

And in this last photo both girls, even the brunette one, could pass in Europe and West Asia.

The existence of this people just debunk the myth of Indian nationalists that Aryans were indigenous to India.
