I guess they're Croats, right? On whole I see East and West Slavic phenotypes, Dinarids, Pontids and North Pontids. These are the dominant phenotypes not only in these pictures but in Croatia in general imo.

These people look very Slavic and not western at all.
Depends on perspective! (compared to Italians yes, but compared to east Slavs it's different)

What I mean is that there is a continuum from southern France, Austria, Switzerland, and north Italy and they all overlap, but it is hard to believe these Croatians live so close to those groups because I would never mistake them for it. IMO they look most like Czechs.

I agree North Italians look more French or Swiss than like Croats in general. We closer to Czechs genetically so it's natural but I would never mistake group of Croats with Czechs (they have lot more Germanic influence and Croats have Balkanic).

From ''Northern'' Slavs I find Slovaks and some Carpathian Ukrainians most similar to Croats.
