Hi, my name is Efim. My nationality is American. I am looking for the definitions of Meta-ethnicity, ethnicity, ancestry, and sub-race used by the people of this forum.

It's probably not a bad idea to have a sticky thread defining some of the more specific words/terms used on this site and sites like it. There must be a bunch of them that are confusing to newcomers to these kind of fora. Obviously not for words such as "ethnicity", but perhaps some of the anthropological and genetic terms and so on.
