Yeah, he does. Pitbull is a white Cuban, so probably mainly Spanish in ancestry. White Mexicans are predominantly of Spanish descent too.

I guess this chef can pass in Spain.

If he was from Russia, he would have been guessed as some sort of Turkic than Slavic.
Basically he passes as Balkan but also as one of the so called "Turanid types" of Hungary and Bulgaria.

Okay, here goes:

Iran is a pretty big place (about the size of Alaska). Highly diverse.

Northwest Iranians (Azeris, Gilakis, and Mazandranis) look fairly similar to their South Caucasian neighbors for the most part.

Further east in Khorasan, there is Mongoloid influence (Turkmens). I recall seeing a Jackie Chan lookalike from there.

Southeast Iranians look straight up South Asian. Southwest Iranians (around Ahvaz) have an Arabian influence.

In the rest of the country, people mostly look either Levantine, Pashtun, Kashmiri, or just distinctly Persian.

No Mongoloid, Arabian, South Asian, or uniquely Persian vibe in this Greek chef. Therefore he doesn't pass in most of the country at all.

The only reason people keep mentioning Pit-bull is because of the bald head.

Pit-bull's face is completely different.
