Not that common as you think. I know a few who only got mothers surname or has both sides surnames.

Without fail, peoplewith red hair get classified as Brunn, people who are bald get classified as borreby, people who are fat get classified as alpine or borreby. Additionally, when someone is from Britain or Ireland, and it is known, they will be classified as Keltic Nordic, Brunn, or an Atlantid of some type regardless of their metrics or features. Many times you will find very short faced people being called Brunn and very long faced people being called borreby or even Alpine(if fat or bald). Noticed this happens almost without fail.
