Hip-hop sensation Russ is no stranger to Sicilian dining, considering his whole family hails from the island. The American-born artist carefully studied his menu at NYC’s Eolo restaurant before ordering almost every item available: three pasta dishes, swordfish carpaccio, arancini (rice balls) and burrata, with one glass of Prosecco and two glasses of Bombay to wash it all down. When asked the fundamental difference between Italian and Sicilian food, Russ smiles and says, “It comes down to the rice balls.”
