The genetic division of Europe based on my own results: :)

Compare with the map of European languages in 1100 AD:

Grover S. Krantz (Professor of Anthropology), "Geographical Development Of European Languages", American University Studies, Series XI, Anthropology and Sociology, Vol. 26:

The natural geographical western border of Eastern Europe is the "Baltic-Adriatic narrowing" ("zwężenie bałtycko-adriatyckie"): http://przeglad.org/wp-content/uploads/2013/08/Leszek_Sykulski_tom_6.pdf

This is also roughly the Frankish-Slavic border in the Early Middle Ages:

I don't like this kind of divisions(eg "genetically eastern") because a bulgarian will be closer to greek than to russian, a czech will be closer to german than to russian etc. I am talking about genetics. I think you can't really describe all ethnicities with 4 labels. All nations got their own genetics it's a continuum from north to south, from east to west with gradual difference to the neighbouring ethnicity. It's a spectrum not black and white as the map implies

never understood why basques with such a high amount of R1b failed to switch to an indoeuropean language. must have been a society dominated by women

Czechs are only close to East Germans, who are genetically Eastern European as well:

Several Eastern Germans:

By comparison here is a North German from Hamburg, you can see different patterns:

This German has almost no Celtic influence (proven by his low similarity to Ireland):

how you can even dare to make proclamations about all nations based on your pseudo-genetic amateurism?
You are used to choosing 3/4/5 people (you have to like their results) and make conclusions about all nations.
This has no value.

Wrong.
Slavs were not yet in Moscow then.
