Of course not, as this photo do not reflect reality. He is naturally dark brown haired and to this photo he tries desperately to look Germanic, he is dyed blond here. The guy is half Italian who got mostly an Italian phenotype.

Here younger, with natural pigmentation.

Lol, funny to claim that him or Greeks are not mostly naturally whiteskinned. At this photo he is just heavily tanned.

He has natural white skin like the overwhelming majority of the Greeks.

The only pigmentation difference with Tobias Moretti is that the Austrian has light eyes.

Back to the topic. I don't even talk about pigmentation differences but about facial features and general type.

After all the Greek has no northern influence and the Austrian is half south European in ancestry.
