How come she fits better in Scandinavia than in Iberia, Greece and much of Italy?

Following a Central belt that From France would consider some central and eastern Euro countries.(so switz, belg, maybe Hungary, possibly Poland)
She would be more atypical in my view Some Northern and Baltic countries and Southern ones. She could pass in Italy for features but slightly atypical in pigmentation. (Classic British combo of dark brown hair, light eyes and pale skin subject to vascularity)
