1 is 100% Moroccan/North African but he looks whiter than 2 who is half spanish half Moroccan

So who is whiter :

1 100% Moroccan racially/genetically or 2 half spanish racially/genetically and he has name and family spanish.

If he was Gracile Med-Berid that would mean that he can pass in Iberia and he doesn't. He would be seen as Gypsy or Moroccan.

If by "whiter" you mean pigmentation, obviously the first. Genetically I have no idea. Assuming that Carcela's father is 100% Spanish he probably would be more European genetically, but his phenotype is too exotic to pass anywhere in Europe.

The first guy is closer to classical Negroids just from the way his forehead and hairline suggest. His nose type can be easily Sahelian-Western Saharan which is common even in African Americans. Second guy has minor SSA influence by phenotype but his major racial make up is Gracile Med by far. His skin is the most obvious Non European trait, but as I told metrically the second guy is closer to Europeans-Caucasians.
