Much confused around the greater paternal ethnic links so your knowledge would very much appreciated

I am what you might consider a gracile indo bracchid and my cultural ethnicity is Punjabi but cannot understand grandfathers ethnicity/race.

Ziveth, what ethnicity do you think in South Asia would best be categorised as Asian alpinoid- indo bracchid. I am thinking of Kashmiri/ Mohyal Brahmins etc. Thanks a lot tho
