I suppose someone that is ethnically European is what I am referring to. However, some 2nd and 3rd generations of people living in Europe are considered Europeans to some people,, nothing wrong with that. That's precisely the reason why 95% of Indians move to the USA. Nope Indian people also care about their country of residence as much as their home country. But naturally people are still attached to their own culture and heritage. It's also better to try to improve the country living as an immigrant abroad since there's too much endemic corruption, overpopulation, pollution,etc. Indians are very successful people in the USA and send money back home.
