If you shaved him and told me he was Norwegian, I'd believe it, but he probably still has some SSA blood in him, IDK if it really shows though.

No, he doesn't look Caucasian at all. And not Turkic. The guy looks Germanic rather then anything. But it's very strange Google has zero pictures on this name: Sayed Mos'd.
