No surprise here. The bulk of ancestry of Western Turk is Eastern Anatolian + mongol, the same as Eastern Turks. The indigenous population was completely wiped out and/or expelled, there's no Greek ancestry in Western Turks whatsoever as people claim.

i know what you mean, you talking about the Behar at all "Turkish" sample from east cappadocia. no its not an average, that because you see Turks who post their results at least with %10 distant to this "Turkish" average. calculators with hodoglugil samples (Turkish-Aydin Turkish-Kayseri etc.) is better for now

K7b is pretty outdated imo. but anyway this supports my point, however, we still do not know the exact genetic make up of Turkic tribes that migrated to Anatolia. There should be a extremely large-scale study about them, at least 5000 of them should be tested including Early Ottomans and Ottoman Sultans (Osman I, Orhan I are important, Murad I and Bayezid I are also important because first-generation mixed, want to see how close is actual turkmen+greek mix to turk average)

K12 has very few Steppe samples which is why it obviously picks up Scythian, if there was some East Scythian samples / Karasuk samples they would have shown up too and I think its important to draw them in when it comes to Turkic populations / admix. Scythians were long gone at the time of the Seljuqs btw, OP has previously tried to Turkify Scythians, the Scythian sample used in PuntDNAL is from Volga around 200 B.C

K12 has very few Steppe samples which is why it obviously picks up Scythian, if there was some East Scythian samples / Karasuk samples they would have shown up too and I think its important to draw them in when it comes to Turkic populations / admix. Scythians were long gone at the time of the Seljuqs btw, OP has previously tried to Turkify Scythians, the Scythian sample used in PuntDNAL is from Volga around 200 B.C
