Of course he does, by most people here he would be perceived as south american or maybe as gypsy who often have oriental eyes also.

Second guy is Atlanto-Med or Nordo-Mediterranid to be more accurate in the subcategorization, similar look to Portuguese actor Jorge Corrula.
