Your claim that these orifices self- lubricate as well, is not in what literature I have read in the subject. I have a background in medicine as well. Don't misunderstand me, I don't mean to imply that it will be 100% perfect, but it will certainly be leagues better than anything we have now.

Buccal mucosa cell grafting, It's a fairly new method of vaginoplasty that is, for the moment, rather experimental, and as such is pretty restricted and constantly being improved, but it has been used successfully in treating vaginal agensis and other defects of the vagina. It's basically just taking salivary gland tissue from the mouth, culturing it in the lab and using it as a lining, since the mucosa of the cheeks are for the most part analagous to those naturally occouring in the vagina.

Not 100% the same, but far, far closer than anything we've had before.

But, it's heavily restricted, and research is underfunded, so it might be a long ways off, but there is a real chance it could be a thing within my lifetime.
