Nice brah. According to this, you have more villabruna-related than jews :p
BTW, your ANE was also really high. Serbs average 14.91. Your ANE is very close to the Norwegian average which is at 17.7566667. It probably comes from your Indian heritage.

if i count east-euroasian, oceanian + southeastasian i arrive closely to the 7 percent non-european ancient origins gave me.

Villabruna is a old European HG. It's basically the "native European" all be it that you can't really know this for sure, nor know what is pure and what is not it might as Davidski said:
At the same time, it's also possible that both Villabruna and Samara HG have some Basal Eurasian admixture, so Basal Eurasian ancestry, albeit at low levels, may already have been a feature of many pre-farming populations across northern Eurasia.
However basically it's the "native European" if that makes sense. It's what separates Europeans from non-Euros. For example Lebanese score around 25% while the average European around 50%

I see. Well then this is what I have to look at if I want to know how much Euro I am. If a avarage European is 50% and Im 37% that means im 2/3-3/4 European?

Not quite IMO, that's not really how this works. It's uber-complicated. I barely understand any of it. You'll need someone that holds more understanding to explain it to you, but basically Villabruna related is how much DNA or "admixture" you share with Mesolithic European HG (often referred to as WHG I think). European isn't really just about that, but that's the essence of a European since few other population have it, but it varies. Maltese score only 38.8766667, the basques score 62.5566667 for example. I scored 52.18. The idea of what is European is basically abstract or a modern invention since Euroepeans are a mix of several populations. You're still 1/3rd+1/16th European. The average Serb scores 50.4566667 Villabruna related, but less ANE at 14.91.

you count my roma part as fully non-european, but thats not the case roma harbour european ancestry too. do you count roma as fully southasian? what do you count roma as?

why not include roma in it then? if its a modern invention?

If we were to count gypsies as European, we might as well do the same with Turks for example. All the your non-caucasoid components(Villabruna+ ANE + basal) make a huge difference first and foremost.

You scored 7% of that. I know that the gypsies are Euro admixed, but admixture doesn't always create a closer results. For example you have more Villabruna than the average Cypriot, but you'll still fall further from Europeans due to other more distant admixture. Basically all populations are pretty much a mixture of some ancestral populations, but today what is considered European has a genetic bond and gypsies don't really fall into that genetic bond if that makes sense. However it is debatable what is genetically European and what is now, but we don't really have to debate whether gypsies are genetically European since we can easily know that answer and the answer is no.

also you count me as wholly non-european because of my admixture, you say im not 3/4 european genetically because its a modern invention.

Nah, you're mixing up ethnicity with genetics. I do count you as genetically like 60-70% European (I don't remember how much you scored on 23andme).

A mixed population genetically. A population that can't really be compared to any other as far as I know. That's what they are. You cluster farther from any European than Cypriots(they're not too far from s. Euros), but both are about equidistant from the average European (since you're closer to eastern Europeans compared to them). Cypriots are somewhere below the Jews on the PCA plot.

Clearly you're more European than the average gypsy, but as far as how European you are, IMO it's around the same as with Cypriots, perhaps a bit more distant.

I recognise that, but you sounded different you didnt want to acknowledge admixture, you said im only 1/3 european, you counted my roma part as wholly non-european, thats why I had to argue with you, otherwise I agree, they are not fully European.
