Interesting! So his ancestor from Constantinople could be modelled as 55-60% Balkan and 40-45% Anatolian admixture which is lower than most Anatolian Greeks. I think it makes sense for Greeks from Constantinople. I suppose the same happens for Greeks from Smyrna.
