In Italy South and Isles. Rest of Italy yes but she would. Ultimate a different look. (Cucinotta based all her career on a hyper southern/Dolce and Gabbana ad cliche' look)
I know a girl of Apulian/Campania origin that has a similar look (but short)
outside Spain and S America. N Africa/Egypt and Greece.
