This isn't true. It's the lightest Moroccans that are rare and over exaggerated. Most berbers look like other North Africans. Kaybles are a tiny minority, and even they aren't that light. The lightest Pakistanis are Kalash and Pakistani Pashtuns. Pakistanis arent only Punjabis. Kalash and Pakistani Pashtuns are more white looking than North Africans in my experience, but I also am not too knowledgeable of the Amazigh. I have watched a documentary on them before though, and most looked North African. A lot even look visibly ssa mixed. I even know a half white half berber feminist who looks mulatto.

True, many North African pseudo-"berber" have negroid influence.

I voted unsure because I still have an unclear image of North Africans, but I have some experience with them. But the thing is, most people are comparing the whitest looking minorities with average Pakistanis. The average Moroccan looks less white than a Pakistani and is genetically further from whites too. Some minorities in Pakistan are pretty white too, even whiter than the whitest berbers.

Pakistanis have Mongoloid admix and sometimes Australoid admix, Moroccans have Negroid admix. Perhaps that the pure "Iranid"-"Gracile/North Indids" ("Aurignacoids") could pass as depigmented Gracile Meds if they were European, and maybe some depigmented (even if it's doubtful) Caucasoid-Turanid admixed individuals could pass up towards the Balkans (around Slovenia). A lot of the Berberids in Morocco could probably pass in Iberia and southern Italy as Berids (Zidane has been considered white at some occasions despite being pretty much wholly craniometrically Berberid with virtually no Negroid admix).
