Jackie Chan ...Northern, Central, or more Southern Chinese looking?

I never knew lol...have always thought and considered him as Southern based on his look.

Can he pass in Southern China as well though, like as a native Hong Konger or Guangdonger?

He probably could but would be more atypical. His nose protrudes a lot which makes him look less southern.

I looked up his bio. His father is Northern Chinese from Anhui province (where some of my ancestors came from). The mother is from Wuhan, which is more central China.

The dad looks pretty typically Northern Chinese with a tall stature, strong jaw and small eyes. The mother looks Central to Southern Chinese with flatter, rounder features.

I think he has his father's looks and jawline, but more of his mother's anthropological taxonomy lol, at least in my opinion. So he ended up looking like both lol.

I saw his younger pics and he seemed to look more northern in those. But anyways he seems like such a nice guy in general in regards to personality.
