So which region or ethnic group in Europe has the most Neanderthal admixture? Some say Albanians while others say Scandinavians, Sami/Lapps etc

Pretty sure the answer is whichever is the most Mongoloid, and that's the Sami/Lapps

Yh I have seen some sources say Sami but I have seen others say Icelanders, Albanians and Tuscans

Albanians and Tuscans? I don't think so, I'm reasonably sure it would be the Sami/Lapps.

Yh I think it was gtg who said that Albanians have one of the highest Neanderthal admix judging by some source and some Albanians on 23andme score high Neanderthal for example one had 96% more Neandertgal variants and another was 3% Neanderthal on the old version of 23andme, I read a website saying that Tuscans have the highest. I too think that it's probably the Sami who have the most

Judging by this diagram the Sami have the most followed by Icelanders and Albanians who have similar anounts and then Tuscans who have slightly less than Albanians and Icelanders
