Baltid is the most common phenotype among Russians, East Nordid is in second place, and North Pontid is the third.

Ukrainians are little different from Russian and among them most common phenotype is North Pontid, Ukrainians have less Baltids and East Nordids than Russians.

I would agree that Baltid is the most common among Russians. Usually when people point out a stereotypical Russian they are mainly baltid
